Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to Request Deletion

Send an email to contact@strucmind.ai with the subject line Data Deletion Request. That is the only step required. You do not need an account, a form, or a reason.

2. What to Include in Your Request

So that we can find your records and confirm we are deleting the right data, please include whichever of the following applies to you.

If you interacted with us on Facebook or Instagram

• The platform you used, Facebook or Instagram.
• Your username or profile name on that platform.
• Approximately when you commented on or messaged our page, if you remember.

If you are a business we contacted or added to our outreach list

• The business name.
• The business phone number and, if you have it, the website address.
• Whether you also want the business added to our do-not-contact list.

If you submitted a form or booked a call on our website

• The name and email address you used when submitting.
• Approximately when you submitted it, if you remember.

3. What We Delete

Once we verify your request, we permanently delete the data we hold about you, including:

• Meta platform data: comment records, your public profile name and platform-scoped identifier, and the message thread created when you commented on one of our posts.
• Business outreach data: the business name, phone number, website, public social profiles, and public review data we collected, together with any draft message prepared for that business.
• Website submissions: the contents of any form you submitted and any related correspondence.

4. What We May Keep, and Why

If you ask us not to contact you again, we keep the minimum information needed to honour that request, normally the business name and phone number on a suppression list. Without it we would have no way to recognise that we should not contact you. That record is used for no other purpose.

We may also retain records where the law requires us to, for example invoices and tax records for a completed engagement. In that case we delete everything not covered by the legal requirement, and we delete the rest once the retention period ends.

5. Timeline

• Acknowledgement: we confirm receipt of your request, usually within a few business days.
• Verification: if we cannot match your request to a record, we may reply asking for one additional detail.
• Completion: deletion is completed and confirmed to you within 30 days of your request.

6. Revoking Access on Facebook or Instagram

You can also disconnect us directly from your Meta account at any time. On Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites, and remove StrucMind. On Instagram, go to Settings, then Website Permissions or Apps and Websites, and remove StrucMind. Removing the connection stops any future access. To also delete the records we already hold, send the email described in Section 1.

7. If You Do Not Hear From Us

If you have not received a response within 30 days, please resend your request or write to us at the postal address below. We treat deletion requests as a priority and we do not charge for them.
