Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information StrucMind collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers both our website and the automated systems we operate on social media platforms.

1. Who We Are

StrucMind (“StrucMind,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a trade name of JAW Enterprises Solutions LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States. We build AI voice receptionists and business automation systems for local service businesses.

JAW Enterprises Solutions LLC is the data controller responsible for the information described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect Through Meta Platforms

We operate a Facebook Page and an Instagram Business account. We use the Meta Graph API to respond to people who comment on our own posts. This section describes exactly what we access, why, and for how long. It is the complete description of our use of Meta Platform Data.

2.1 What we access

Through the Meta Graph API, we access only the following:

  • Comments on our own posts. The text of the comment, the comment identifier, and the timestamp, on posts published by our own Facebook Page and Instagram Business account.
  • Public profile information of the person who comments. This is limited to the public name or username and the platform-scoped user identifier that Meta provides with the comment event. We do not request email addresses, friend lists, birthdays, location history, or any other profile field.
  • Direct messages we send in reply to a comment the user initiated. When someone comments a keyword on one of our posts, that comment is the user-initiated interaction that opens the messaging window. We send one reply containing the requested demonstration, within the messaging window permitted by Meta. We do not initiate direct messages to people who have not first contacted us.

We do not access private messages between other people, we do not access data from Pages or accounts we do not own, and we do not collect data about people who have not interacted with our posts.

2.2 How we use it

Meta Platform Data is used for one purpose only: to respond to people who comment on our own posts, by sending the demonstration or information they asked for and by replying publicly to the comment. We also keep a minimal record of the interaction so that we can answer follow-up questions and avoid sending someone the same reply twice.

2.3 What we never do with it

We do not, under any circumstance:

  • Sell, rent, or license Meta Platform Data to anyone.
  • Share it with third parties for advertising, retargeting, audience building, or data brokerage.
  • Use it to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
  • Transfer it to a data broker, ad network, or monetization platform.
  • Use it to build profiles of individuals beyond the single conversation they initiated.

2.4 How long we keep it

We retain comment and message records for twelve (12) months from the date of the interaction, after which they are deleted. If a conversation becomes a business relationship, the related business contact information is retained under the terms described in Section 3. You may request deletion of your data at any time and we will delete it, as described in Section 6 and on our Data Deletion Instructions page.

2.5 Platform compliance

Our use of Meta Platform Data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Developer Policies, including the requirements on permitted use, data minimization, retention, and deletion. We access only the permissions necessary for the function described above. If our use of Meta Platform Data changes, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.

3. Information We Collect for Business Outreach

We contact local service businesses to offer our services. To do that, we collect publicly available business information. We want to be direct about this rather than bury it.

3.1 What we collect

  • Business name, business phone number, business address, and opening hours.
  • Business website address and publicly listed social media profiles.
  • Publicly visible review data, such as the number of reviews, the average rating, and the text of public reviews.

3.2 Where it comes from

This information comes from the Google Places API and from publicly accessible business websites. It is business contact information published by the business itself for the purpose of being contacted by customers. We do not collect personal information about employees, we do not purchase contact lists from data brokers, and we do not attempt to access anything behind a login.

3.3 Why we collect it

We use it solely to evaluate whether a business is a plausible fit for our services and to prepare a relevant, individualized message for business-to-business outreach. Every message is reviewed and sent by a person. We do not use this information for automated dialing, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties.

3.4 How long we keep it

We retain business prospecting records for up to twenty-four (24) months from collection, or until the business asks us to remove it, whichever comes first. Once a business asks to be removed, we keep only the minimum record needed to ensure we do not contact it again.

3.5 How a business can be removed

If you are a business owner and you do not want us to hold your business information or contact you, email contact@strucmind.ai with the business name and phone number. We will remove the record and add the business to our do-not-contact list within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason, and no account is required.

4. Information You Give Us Directly

If you submit a form on this website or book a call with us, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, and whatever you write in the message field. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you requested. Website form submissions are processed by Netlify, and call bookings are processed by Calendly, each acting as a service provider on our behalf.

Our website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request as part of serving the font files.

5. Service Providers

We use a small number of vendors to operate our systems, and they process data only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us. These currently include Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Google (Places API and Sheets), Calendly (call scheduling), Twilio (telephony), Retell AI (voice agents), and Anthropic (text generation for drafting). We do not permit any of them to use our data for their own purposes, and we do not send Meta Platform Data to any model provider for training.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You may, at any time and free of charge:

  • Ask what information we hold about you or your business.
  • Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete your information.
  • Ask us not to contact you again.

Email contact@strucmind.ai and we will respond within 30 days. Step-by-step instructions are on our Data Deletion Instructions page. If you interacted with us on Facebook or Instagram, you can also revoke our access at any time through your Meta account settings.

7. Data Security

We keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small, restrict access to the people who need it, and use access controls and encrypted connections for the services we operate. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store payment card data, we do not store passwords belonging to other people, and we do not record telephone calls with prospective customers.

8. Children

Our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

9. International Users

We operate in the United States and our systems store information there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the change materially affects how we handle Meta Platform Data, we will make that change here before it takes effect.
